 Key Responsibilities:

• Support restaurant operations remotely (order accuracy, coordination, customer service)
• Manage incoming online and delivery orders through digital systems
• Communicate with in-store staff to ensure smooth service

• Assist with remote data entry, reporting, or digital tasks as assigned
• Uphold Popeyes brand standards in every virtual interaction

 Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer and internet skills required
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus, but not required
