We are hiring compassionate and licensed Telehealth Therapists to provide remote mental health services to clients across the United States. This work-from-home role is ideal for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families using HIPAA-compliant platforms
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Provide culturally competent, ethical, and confidential care
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members as needed
• Attend occasional virtual training, supervision, or team meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and EHR systems
• Secure, private workspace with high-speed internet
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
