Job Description:

SynergisticIT is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Experience Designer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences across digital products, websites, and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring intuitive designs to life, driven by research, data, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize digital experiences across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, UI mockups, and visual design assets.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries.
• Ensure accessibility and user-centered design standards are met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive design, UI systems, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion/interaction design or animation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks or collaboration with developers.
