Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer and flight data into Delta’s internal systems
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records and organize digital files
- Assist with reporting and data tracking tasks
- Handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism
- Collaborate with team leads or supervisors remotely
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- No prior data entry experience required (training provided)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
