We're Looking For Someone Who Has (Basic Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong active listening skills and a natural ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applications, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired Ethernet connection required for stability).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 global operations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
