  • Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately record delivery information, update systems, and contribute to reports that help identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support Delivery Partners: Offer guidance and support to drivers and local delivery stations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solve: Apply critical thinking to complex delivery scenarios and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions and resolutions.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has (Basic Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
