About the Role:

Delta Air Lines is hiring Remote Customer Experience Specialists to deliver world-class service to our passengers. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide personalized support to customers via phone, chat, or email — helping them navigate reservations, travel issues, policies, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by answering questions and resolving issues
• Assist with flight reservations, schedule changes, cancellations, and loyalty programs
• Guide customers through Delta policies, procedures, and digital tools
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling stressful situations
• Use Delta's systems to access and update customer information
• Meet quality and productivity targets (e.g. response time, customer satisfaction)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and able to multitask between tools and systems
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
