Job Summary:

Delta Air Lines is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. In this remote role, you will be the voice of Delta, assisting customers with travel reservations, flight changes, general inquiries, and providing outstanding service from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, or general questions
• Provide accurate information about Delta services, policies, and travel updates
• Resolve customer concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Support customers with rebooking flights, processing refunds, or finding travel alternatives
• Use multiple computer systems simultaneously while speaking with customers
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and attendance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple systems, and typing
• Ability to work independently and follow company guidelines
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Work Environment:

• 100% Remote
