Key Responsibilities

- Business Development:

- Leadership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement healthcare strategies that meet client needs.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Act as a thought leader, providing insights into industry trends and innovations.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding account progress and opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in client management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
