Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide guidance on American Express products and services, assisting with account management, billing, and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate information.
- Document client interactions and maintain records in company systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or call center software.
- Experience in financial services, retail, or technology sectors.
